The shop reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

2. order placement and payment

Orders are accepted through the website, by phone or messengers.

Payment is possible online or in cash upon receipt.

The order is considered confirmed when payment is received.

3. Delivery conditions

Delivery is made to the specified address at the agreed time.

In the absence of the recipient, the order can be left with third parties (concierge, neighbour, etc.) by agreement with the customer.

The shop is not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control.

4. Returns and replacements

Return and replacement of flowers is possible in case of defect or non-conformity with the order.

Claims are accepted within 3 hours of delivery.

A photo of the bouquet is required for a return.

5. Data privacy

Customer's personal data is used only for placing orders and is not passed to third parties without the customer's consent.

6. Force majeure

The shop is not responsible for failure to fulfil obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.).
