We offer fast and reliable delivery across Ukraine via Nova Poshta courier service.

Order dispatch:

Orders confirmed by a manager before 4:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day
Delivery time across Ukraine is typically 1–2 business days, depending on your region

Dispatch schedule:

Monday to Friday
No shipments on weekends or public holidays

Important information upon receiving your parcel

Orders are stored at the Nova Poshta branch for 5 days
After that, the parcel is automatically returned to us
In case of return or repeated shipment, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount

Upon receiving your parcel, please check:

Product quantity
Package integrity
Product appearance

❗️If the parcel is damaged, incomplete, or defective — do not accept or pay for it. Please report the issue to the Nova Poshta representative and fill out a damage/claim report.

Then contact us to resolve the situation.

For orders under 1999 UAH — shipping is paid by the customer
For orders from 2000 UAH — shipping is free
